The Pre-Primary section of our Excellia school celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. The classrooms and corridors were beautifully decorated with tricolour flags, and handmade crafts created by the little ones. Children came dressed in tricolour ethnic attire.
The celebration began with a song,” Nanha Munna Rahi Hoon, Desh Ka Sipahi Hoon” followed by the singing of the National Anthem. Our tiny tots participated in colouring activities, rhymes and simple dances that filled the atmosphere with pride and joy. Teachers narrated short stories about our freedom struggle in an age- appropriate manner, helping the children understand the importance of the day.
The event concluded with a group activity where children made tricolour badges and paper flags to take home as a symbol of love for the nation. It was a heart – warming celebration that instilled early values of patriotism, unity and respect for our country in young minds.
