National Youth Day is celebrated every year on 12 January to commemorate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, one of India’s greatest spiritual leaders and youth icons. This day is dedicated to inspiring young minds to follow the ideals of self-confidence, discipline, service, and national pride as preached by Swami Vivekananda.

On this occasion, a special assembly was organized in the school to highlight the importance of youth in nation-building. The programme began with a floral tribute and garlanding of Swami Vivekananda’s portrait, symbolizing respect and gratitude for his invaluable teachings. Students actively participated by presenting speeches, quotes, and thoughts that reflected his vision of a strong, enlightened, and fearless youth.

The Honorable Principal Ma’am Mrs. Meenu Srivastava addressed the students and emphasized that the youth are the backbone of the nation. She encouraged students to stay focused on their goals, develop moral values, and work hard with sincerity and dedication. Her motivating words inspired everyone to imbibe the teachings of Swami Vivekananda in their daily lives.

National Youth Day reminds us that the future of the country lies in the hands of its youth. By following the ideals of Swami Vivekananda, young people can contribute positively towards building a strong, united, and progressive nation.
