The festival of Basant Panchami was celebrated in our school with great joy and devotion. This auspicious day is dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, the deity of knowledge, wisdom, art, and music. On this occasion, the school campus was beautifully decorated with yellow flowers, flags, and other decorations, creating a vibrant and cheerful spring atmosphere.
The program began with the lighting of the lamp and prayer in front of the image of Goddess Saraswati. Students presented Saraswati Vandana, melodious bhajans, and graceful dance performances, which mesmerized everyone present. Teachers explained the significance of Basant Panchami and highlighted that the festival symbolizes knowledge, new beginnings, and positivity.
On this occasion, students offered yellow flowers and sought the blessings of Goddess Saraswati. In some classes, creative activities such as poetry recitation, speeches, and drawing were also organized, in which students participated enthusiastically.
At the end of the program, the respected Principal, Mrs. Meenu Srivastava, extended her heartfelt wishes on the occasion of Basant Panchami and encouraged the students to follow the path of knowledge, discipline, and continuous hard work. The celebration proved to be inspiring and memorable for everyone.
