Teacher Training Workshop on Bloom’s Taxonomy
Excellia School organised a workshop on “Effective Use of Bloom’s Taxonomy for Framing Competency-Based Questions” on 8 October 2026.
The session focused on understanding the six levels of Bloom’s Taxonomy and their application in designing competency-based, application-oriented, and HOTS questions. Teachers explored practical examples and strategies to frame questions that promote critical thinking, analysis, problem-solving, and application of concepts.
The interactive workshop was a valuable step towards strengthening assessment practices and promoting competency-based learning in the classroom.
