Shape Recognition – Shapes and Patterns

As part of the chapter “Shapes and Patterns,” a hands-on activity was conducted in the class 1 to help students recognise and identify different shapes. Students were provided with various shape cut-outs, which they pasted neatly in their copies.

The activity encouraged students to observe the different shapes, their names, and their distinctive features. Through this fun and interactive approach, students were able to reinforce their understanding of basic shapes and develop better shape-recognition skills.
